Cypress Creek

Cypress Creek is the first piece in my Between the Lines collection. Created entirely with InkTense blocks and free motion quilting. The base of this composition is made with lines of InkTense blocks skimmed across the surface of muslin. In this case the deep teal of the trees and roots of the cypress trees. The background detail was added after that first step.
